I always considered this to be one of the better Outbacks in the state, but my experience tonight was terrible! Very, very slow service, the salad came out just a minute or two before the meal, the steak was very undercooked (I asked for medium rare, but this was actually cold in the middle), and hardly any sugar for the sweet potato.

For a $50 meal for two people, I just expect more. The manager was very friendly about it, though.
