Get ready to join Buckeye's 2015 F.I.T. Club. This 8-week Focused Intense Training program in health and wellness has been designed to help individuals change their lifestyle for the better.

"It is not all about exercising," remarks Kate Prisco. "It is also about support and having a team of people that care about one another working toward improving their life-styles. This is what the F.I.T. Club program will offer.
"

The program will begin June 1st and end July 25th. Many activities will be offered over the 8 weeks including canoeing, hiking, and group fitness classes. Participants will have the chance to participate in an Olympic-style game day, healthy campfire night and a Night on the Town celebration among other activities. We will also offer a CPR class

This club is for ages 16 and older and open to the public. The fee for the F.I.T. Club is $65 for Buckeye members and $75 for non-members. This will include a weight room orientation, personal workout schedule, fitness evaluation and one-on-one coaching from the Buckeye staff. The number of program participants will be limited so that staff will be able to devote time to individualized coaching.
