I am not a grocery boy and the poor lack access to a computer/phone or have the knowledge to use one. Who is at fault here? Instead of worrying about a statue worry about something you can change.

Has that happened in Ashe County? It hasn't happened in Wilkes, to my knowledge, but different places, I suppose.
Actually, most places allow/will allow for any type of facial covering, so your argument starts from a faulty premise if you're under the impression a specific mask is being discussed.
Plus, there's also delivery and pick-up options at many grocery stores.
And you could just get groceries for someone if you see someone is unable to go into a store.

Will the town be handing out masks to the poor that cant afford a mask? You know the people you liberals champion for each and everyday? Will you run a poor old black woman out of the grocery store or the food stamp line because they cant afford your mask?

Let's look on the bright side, when 75% of the population is dead maybe the other 25% will be immune. Then we can bring Trump back and tell him how wrong we were not to trust him to lead us, after all the excess population problem will be solved. Smonk, when I read the nonsense these "free spirits" post it reminds me of when I lived in state that was about to pass a crash helmet law. My answer to the objectors was this: Can you guarantee that no portion of my taxes will go towards the expenses incurred if and when you wreck on your motorcycle? If you're killed because you weren't wearing a crash helmet your carcass can't be just left where it is to rot, it would be a health hazard. So taxpayer money would be used to transport it to the morgue and if no one came forward to pay for a burial that too would be the taxpayers burden. The mask controversy presents a similar situation: If you contract Covid 19 and your insurance assuming you have insurance doesn't cover it, or if you don't have insurance, the taxpayer takes the hit again.
