The best steak I've ever had in my life came from an elk. There was a movement a few years ago to cross buffaloes with beef. Lower fat content is the reason. I can remember many years ago eating at Sunny Italy. Old Man Roselli had a couple of buffaloes in a chain link fence near the restaurant. They would blow and paw at you if you went up to the fence. I wonder what he did with them. I ate many good pizzas at that place.

have eaten Buffalo Burgers in the past and they are delicious...less fat to consume... taste is not what your used to from Beef but try them and let us know what you think...

Have not had those. But bought some in Kansas a few years ago and they were out of this world.

I've been eyeing them for years.

Would love to try them also.

I was at Earth Fare in Boone yesterday and saw some of these in the meat dept. I've never tried them are they good?
