It's not a difficult job. That's been proven time and time again with studies and detailed research. In fact, for the most part, it's a boring, mundane, repetitive job. That's why it has been found that people with higher IQs get bored and quit. The job is suited for those on the lower end of average IQs

Naw, jackbooted thug is pretty much reserved for the storm troopers. County are barneys, and town PD like Boone are more like the bank guard on Andy Griffith that didn't have the screw to hold his gun together.

This is inexcusable, I'm glad a Boone PD officer (jackbooted thug to some) was able to locate this idiot before he hurt or killed someone. Good job Boone PD.
