Mac and Cheese Bacon Eggrolls

New twist on an old classics.

2-3 cups cooked and drain whole wheat elbow noodles
1 jar queso cheese (liquid gold)
4 slices turkey bacon fried and finely chopped
6 eggroll skins

Cook noodles enough to yeild 3 cups cooked noodles. drain. Set aside in mixing bowl.
Cook bacon and chop add to noodles.
Add 1/2 of queso cheese to mixing bowl, incorporate all ingredients till throughly combined.
Lay out one skin at a time add 1/3 cup mixture to middle
Fold up bottom and sides without ripping skin. Seal top flap with water moistened fingertips to close roll.
Heat oil in wok or deep fry pan.
Drop eggrolls one at a time fry till golden brown turning if necessary for even frying.
Drain on paper towels
Serve with queso best known as Liquid Gold
