The title is fairly descriptive. I need a workout buddy/partner to workout either out of doors (trails and tracks) or at the YMCA (Why would I pay for the lesser gyms around when one has a pool and the others don't?)

I need to both lose weight and improve my physical conditioning, and someone depending on me to be there would make sure I was motivated to show up and do the work.

I have trouble self-motivating, but excel at motivating others. I do actually enjoy most aspects of working out, except running, and would be more than happy to help you and through that help myself. Or simply let us do it together, either way. I just need someone.
